You know how I start Jones'n for certain foods, well today I've been think about a Ruben sandwich. I love those and don't know where to get a great one here. So of course I start thinking with my haute dog mind to bring a new creation for Monday's special, hell it's been done by other dog places I'm sure so we're tossing our hat in. Bring on Ruben ow ski! Our most excellent Vienna Polish, it has a corn beefy kind of flavor, grilled it, melt swiss cheese on top and throw on some hank's secret sauce and sauerkraut. It cured my craving so come on down this Monday folks but get in line behind me!

DESPERADO!

He's mean, he's bad and he'll give you heartburn! Imagine this, take our most excellent Chorizo sausage, throw a blanket of chili, slap on some cheddar cheese and nail a couple hot peppers to it. Arriba Arriba, get yours at hank's this Monday!

SON OF SPAM

It's been a while since we've seen Spam Dog at hank's, so why not Monday? I got a few made and thought we should also change the way we dress it this time. NEW AND IMPROVED SPAM DOG! Topped with Spam n Cabbage Slaw and special sauce. Don't ask me how that works, it just dropped in from Local Food heaven... bizarre. Going to have to skip the rice though with this one brah, but awesome fries are always the way to go anyway. Shoots!

Gesundheit, did someone say sauerkraut? Let’s do something big and hearty this Monday, you know, out of the bun, say a German Plate Lunch. Pork shoulder slow roasted with sauerkraut, potatoes and a smoked polish sausage of course. It’ll will make you wanna don your lederhosen and yodel a few bars or perhaps beers. Gut essen ! That means good eats brah!
