SMOK'N ITALIAN JOB!


Got another Paulina Market delight coming out of my Chi-townbag of goodies this Monday. Smoked Italian Sausage my friends, just in time for Memorial Day!  We're grilling these babies, dousing them with mustard, grilled onions and peppers, now that's some old world flavor. But don't hesitate, I only got a dozen to dole out!
