MONDAY- KIM CHEE PORTUGUESE


Not some ethnic anomaly mind you, this is one from Kukui is a favorite of some hank-ites. Portuguese sausage made with spicy kim chee mixed in, grilled and what better to put on it than... more kim chee!  Yah baby, we then slather on some hank's secret sauce and you got a local hit going on. Because this sure wouldn't fly in Kansas.  So come on down on this Monday for a taste of the wild wild... East? Whatever.
